Hello everyone, I am the government whip Bada 1T yun. I'm going to talk about the owner of the lunar resource. And I think all humankind would share them and there are my reasons. In the side of the fairness, the lunar resources should be equal. The moon doesn't belongs to anyone. But the first developers says its theirs then they will use themselves and the society will divide to powerful and rich, poor and weak. This is why we need to share it. Also, in economic side, the first developer's company would control the space economy. If only the first develop company have the lunar resource, they can raise price, and control the economy. So the people or poor nations can't use the resource. And the first developer's can destroy the space economy or make it more advantageous for them. Therefore, in fairness the moon belongs to nobody, in economic, we have a danger of first developers control the space economy. For these reasons, lunar resources should be considered to all humankind's property.
